About the Role

Join our Cyber Automation team to design and deliver automation-driven security solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies to improve efficiency, strengthen cyber defenses, and drive measurable business outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement automation workflows for security operations, incident response, and compliance monitoring.

· Experience on Hyper automation platform.

· Hands-on scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).

· Integrate SIEM/SOAR platform (Splunk SOAR, Azure Sentinel, Cortex XSOAR, QRadar, etc.) with automation scripts and APIs.

· Streamline processes across multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid security environments.

· Build and maintain playbooks, runbooks, and technical documentation.

· Collaborate with cyber defense, cloud, and compliance teams to identify automation opportunities.

Senior Associate (3–6 years)/Manager (8–12 years):

· Hands-on scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation use cases.

· Execute proof-of-concepts and deliver scalable automation solutions.

· Support client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution deployment.

· Lead end-to-end cyber automation projects and define automation roadmaps.

· Manage teams and ensure delivery excellence.

· Engage with senior stakeholders and provide strategic client advisory.

· Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and practice development.

Qualifications

· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field.

· Experience in cyber security automation and cloud-native security services.

· Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, RPA platforms).

· Strong knowledge of SIEM/SOAR platforms and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

· Senior Associate: Security+, CEH, AZ-500, AWS Security Specialty, GCP Security Engineer.

· Manager: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or advanced cloud security certifications.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

-Experience on network security, endpoint security, threat intelligence, and risk and incident management.

-Compliance frameworks and standards, such as PCI DSS, NIST, ISO27001, etc.

- Prior IT risk management

- ISO 27001 implementation

- NIST CSF assessment

- Data privacy assessments

Preferred Skill Sets:

- Prior Big 4 experience a plus

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM,CISA, ISO 27001, a plus

Years of Experience required:

· 3+ Years

Education Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field

· Advanced degrees and relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
