Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled API tester to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional testing within the Banking or Insurance domain and possess hands-on experience across Web and Mobile applications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, solid understanding of QA methodologies, and proficiency with various testing tools and processes.

Mandatory skill sets:

Must Have Skills & Experience

· Min 3 to 8 years of experience in functional QA engineering.

· Experience in Banking or Insurance domains mandatory.

· Expert in functional testing for both Web and Mobile applications.

· Proficient in API testing using Postman/BRUNO/REST ASSURED/TOSCA or equivalent tools.

· Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies with Agile/Scrum experience.

· Hands-on experience with test management tools like Azure DevOp /JIRA/TestRail/Zephyr.

· Good knowledge of SQL for effective data validation.

· Basic knowledge of performance and security testing fundamentals.

· Flexibility in working hours as per project requirements.

· Willingness to travel to the office 5 days a week.

· Openness to work on projects irrespective of domestic or international locations.

Preferred skill sets:

Skills Good to Have

· Hands-on experience in accessibility testing will be preferred.

· Experience with API/Web automation testing will be preferred.

· Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture will be preferred.

Years of experience required:

3+ to 6 years

Education qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
