We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change. 

 

A hands-on Implementation expert responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). This role requires strong technical expertise and hands-on PLM implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, IT, and manufacturing teams and ability to translate engineering and manufacturing requirements into robust, integration solutions to ensure digital continuity from design to shop floor. 

 

Responsibilities: 

· PLM & MES Implementation 

o Lead end-to-end implementation of PLM and MES solutions, including configuration, customization, and deployment. 

o Build and maintain adapters, middleware flows, and APIs to synchronize BOMs, routings, work instructions, ECOs, and part master data. 

o Ensure smooth integration between PLM (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP PLM) and MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Ops center, SAP ME). 

· Technical Development and Configuration 

o Develop integration logic using REST/SOAP APIs, file exchanges, IDOCs, BAPIs, or middleware platforms (e.g., TIBCO, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). 

o Configure PLM and MES systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP PLM, Siemens Opcenter, SAP ME, or equivalents) to support integration requirements 

· Integration & Data Management 

o Design and develop integration workflows for BOMs, routings, work instructions, and change management processes. 

o Maintain data consistency across PLM, ERP, and MES systems, ensuring accurate transfer of engineering data to manufacturing. 

· Process Automation & Optimization 

o Automate engineering-to-manufacturing handoffs, reducing manual interventions and errors. 

o Implement design rules, compliance checks, and digital twins to support advanced manufacturing processes. 

· Collaboration & Stakeholder Management 

o Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, IT, and quality teams to align integration outcomes with business needs. 

o Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption of PLM/MES best practices. 

· Governance & Compliance 

o Ensure integration processes comply with industry standards and organizational quality frameworks. 

o Support audits and documentation of system configurations, workflows, and change histories

Mandatory skill sets: 

  • · Hands-on with PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP PLM). 

  • · MES systems (Siemens OpsCenter, SAP ME, or equivalent). 

  • · Strong knowledge on technical Integration tools/APIs (REST, SOAP, middleware like TIBCO, MuleSoft). 

  • · Strong knowledge of BOM management, change management, and manufacturing processes. 

Preferred skill sets: 

· Experience: 4–6 years implementing PLM and MES solutions with demonstrable, hands-on integration work. 

Years of experience required: 

4 to 7 years of experience in PLM/MES 

Education qualification: 

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
