Job Description & Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering training and development programs within the organisation.  will play a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing these programs, collaborating with various departments to assess training needs, create engaging content, and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives 

Job Description

  • Role of Learning Operations specialist with key responsibilities around LMS administration and management
  • Playing an important role in helping manage the L&D operations
  • Supporting L&D interventions with smooth and seamless logistical and operations support
  • Providing support to the team in managing and coordinating the L&D programme
  • To ensure accurate, timely and high-quality reporting across HC metrics.
  • To create & deliver analysis of Learning & Development to identify actionable insights.
  • To gather data from various sources, and analyzing large data sets to create consumable reports/presentations.

Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

· Co-ordinate with business and HC team to execute L&D frameworks.

· Support assessment of technical and professional development needs of business units

· Support in executing Role based curriculums – technical and behavioral

Learning infrastructure management

· IT Infrastructure management inside the class room

· Seating arrangements

· External venue management

· Class logistics management – stationery, training materials and food and beverage

Learning helpdesk

· Resolving learners queries (pre and post course)

· Provide technical support on LMS and e-Learning courses

Learning Management System – Growth Centre

· Create / Maintain course offerings and curriculums

· Enrolment Management (Proxy Enrolment, Early cancellations, Late Cancellations, waitlists)

· Managing transcripts

· Administering evaluations

· Administering assessments

· Sending calendar invites and reminders

· Announcing courses - Upload attendance, closing offerings

· Virtual learning support - Create Web-Ex/ Live meeting events

Reporting

· Generating periodic dashboards and reports from Growth Centre/CSOD.

Mandatory skill sets:

  • HR Ops

  • Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Years of experience required:

1-3 years

Education qualification:

BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, M.Com, PGDM
