The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our BCA Supply Chain In-Service Contracts team in Everett, WA.
This entry-level or associate procurement agent will support aftermarket price analysis activities, reviewing supplier spare part price submissions to ensure compliance with contract terms. The focal will engage with suppliers to ensure timely price submissions and address any noncompliance issues identified.
The ideal candidate enjoys methodical, detail-oriented work and is proficient in Microsoft Excel. This procurement agent will support complex supplier contract negotiations and disputes - negotiating directly, conducting analysis, and/or documenting formal agreements.
Our team focuses on building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive accountability and achieve the best business outcomes for our customers.
Position Responsibilities:
Utilizes numerous data sources and systems to analyze price compliance
Assesses, negotiates, and enforces contract terms
Documents and executes formal contractual agreements
Maintains detailed status reports
Regularly presents updates to leadership
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years experience in data analysis
1+ years experience creating and delivering professional presentations
1+ years experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
1+ years of negotiation experience
1+ years aerospace industry experience
