Job Description & Summary:

Experienced Product Management professional with over 10 years in Workday HCM, specializing in Core HCM and Recruiting. Skilled in driving product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering end-to-end product solutions with a customer-first approach. Proven leader adept at stakeholder management, agile methodologies, and fostering organizational change

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a leader in the following areas:
    - Deep and demonstrable knowledge and experience with the Workday HCM suite of products, in particular Core HCM and Recruiting;
  • - Understanding product management processes, including developing a product roadmap, prioritizing features and managing product releases;
  • - Showcasing experience as a product manager and demonstrated success in designing and delivering product solutions based on analysis and experiments and from product concept to launch to product end-of-life;
  • - Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships quickly, and managing communication across  language and culture differences / time zones;
  • - Working independently and managing expectations of stakeholders, plan sequence work items and dependencies;
  • - Managing and coaching product owners within the scrum team;
    - Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently; to and/or for all levels of the organization;
    - Managing change within an organization, specifically to a products culture;
    - Applying design thinking principles and having a customer-first mindset;
    - Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams involved in product development such as system architecture, risk, legal, and operations;
    - Possessing familiarity with product management tools and in-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies and artefacts;
    - Exhibiting knowledge of the product management lifecycle; and,
    - Exercising facilitation, conflict mediation, and situational awareness skills and displaying the ability to handle delicate situations.
