Role Overview: We are looking for a hybrid Python Developer + Prompt AI Engineer with expertise in prompt optimization, AI security, and containerized deployments. The role requires developing and securing GenAI-driven applications while ensuring optimized prompt flows and robust deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

· Develop Python-based backend services and APIs for AI applications.

· Engineer and optimize prompts for accuracy, consistency, and performance.

· Implement AI security best practices (prompt injection prevention, data governance).

· Containerize and deploy services on Kubernetes with CI/CD automation.

· Collaborate with AI/ML teams to refine model behavior and outputs.

· Ensure compliance, monitoring, and performance optimization of deployed AI systems.

Required Skills:

· Strong programming expertise in Python.

· Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimization.

· Knowledge of AI security risks (prompt injection, data leakage, adversarial inputs).

· Hands-on with Kubernetes/Docker for deployments.

· Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).

· Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or similar).

Good to Have:

· Familiarity with RAG workflows and vector databases.

· Knowledge of Observability (logging, monitoring, tracing).

· Prior work on compliance & governance in AI systems.
