Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team in the Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation through Industry 4.0/Digital Operations initiatives. This is a full-time position with a commitment of 100%, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives in the manufacturing sector using Industry 4.0 principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement digital operations strategies.
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes through the application of advanced technologies and data analytics.
Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in Industry 4.0 and recommend actionable insights for business improvement.
Ensure alignment of digital strategies with overall organizational goals and objectives.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Between 6 and 8 years of professional experience in digital operations, manufacturing, or similar roles.
Demonstrated expertise in Industry 4.0/Digital Operations technologies and methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Work Environment
Hybrid work model: A combination of remote work and on-site presence, offering flexibility and collaboration opportunities.
