Job Description & Summary: A career within our Agentic AI team will provide the opportunity to design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions. You’ll you will design, build, and scale high-impact digital solutions using industry-leading platforms like Automation Anywhere and the Microsoft Power Platform and associated AI tools 

Responsibilities: 

• Expert-Level AA Knowledge: Expert-level, hands-on knowledge of the Automation Anywhere 360 platform, including Control Room administration, Bot Creator, AARI, IQ Bot, and Bot Insight. 

• Architecture Experience: Proven track record of architecting, designing, and successfully delivering complex, large-scale RPA solutions in enterprise environments. 

• Governance & CoE: Demonstrable experience establishing and running an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE), defining governance frameworks, and implementing best practices. 

• Integration Expertise: Deep understanding of system integration, web services (REST/SOAP), APIs, and database technologies (SQL). 

• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Ability to confidently present technical solutions and strategic roadmaps to executive-level stakeholders. 

• Problem-Solving: Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for deconstructing complex business processes into manageable, automatable components. 

Mandatory skill sets:

• Certifications: Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional (A360) is highly desirable. 

• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and designing RPA infrastructure in a cloud environment. 

• Multi-Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with other major automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform) is a significant advantage. 

• Scripting & Programming: Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or VBScript. 

• Agile Methodology: Experience leading RPA projects within an Agile/Scrum framework. 

• Process Mining: Knowledge of process discovery and mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Automation Anywhere Discovery Bot).
