Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate - UI/UX Designer to join our team.  As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in designing user-centric interfaces and experiences, ensuring seamless usability across our digital platforms.

• Develop and design innovative UI/UX solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement design strategies.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and improve user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and platforms.
• Experience Range: 4 to 7 years in UI/UX design or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design and user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative hybrid work environment.

Mandatory skill sets:

• experience in industries requiring innovative UI/UX solutions will be considered an asset.

Preferred skill sets :

• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
