IN-Senior Associate_ Smart Factory (Semiconductor/Consumer Electronics domain) _AppTech_Advisory_ Bangalore (immediate joiners)

Responsibilities: 

  Serve as a subject matter expert on Semiconductor/ Consumer Electronics manufacturing processes and business functions (R&D, formulation, production, supply chain, quality)   Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and process mapping to develop functional specifications aligned with client business goals.   Serve as functional expert during Design and implementation of solutions integrating Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, Digital Twins, Digital Logbook, Energy Management System, Traceability solutions and Quality Management Systems specifically for semiconductor/consumer electronics sector   Collaborate with technology teams to translate business needs into digital initiatives and high-level technical architecture.   Support digital transformation initiatives by recommending best practices and identifying opportunities to embed Industry 4.0 capabilities.   Lead on site efforts for data collection, workshops and walkthrough sessions with technical and functional stakeholders.   Draft and prepare business requirement documents, RFPs, and review techno commercial document in alignment with client requirements.   Draft sector/business specific questionnaires and conduct workshops for carrying out digital maturity assessments.   Assist in pre-sales activities including proposal preparation, presentations, and client relationship management 

Mandatory skill sets: 

.. Familiarity of business and process value chain of semiconductor /consumer electronics sector .. Exposure and knowledge in industry leading smart factory solutions specifically for semiconductor /consumer electronics sector .. Must have knowledge on smart factory COTS solutions from solution providers like ABB, Honeywell, Rockwell, Dassault Systems .. Smart factory implementation and operation experience in both continuous and batch manufacturing processes. .. Familiarity with functional integration requirements of smart factory solutions with upstream and downstream systems. .. Good oral and written communication is mandatory. .. Develops strong stake holders and vendor management by building trust, rapport and positive working relationships with key sponsors and team members. .. Remain current with leading edge industry and technology drivers and innovations. .. Manage discussions with various levels of technical audiences and functional stakeholders 

Preferred skill sets: 

-Relevant Certifications are good to have. 

Years of experience required: 

Overall, 5-8 Years of experience in Semiconductor /Consumer Electronics sector. 

Education qualification: 

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs.
