Job Description & Summary: Quality Assurance (QA) ensures that IT products and services meet specified requirements and standards through systematic testing and validation. As a Quality Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products. • Job Position Title: Senior Associate - Quality Assurance Analyst • Responsibilities: As a Quality Assurance Analyst impact will be seen through the following accountabilities: • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases. • Identify and report defects and issues. • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects. • Ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective test execution. • Monitor and report on QA progress and outcomes.

• Mandatory skill sets: As a Quality Assurance Analyst impact will be seen through the following accountabilities: • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases. • Identify and report defects and issues. • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects. • Ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective test execution. • Monitor and report on QA progress and outcomes.

• Preferred skill sets: As a Quality Assurance Analyst following knowledge and skills expected: • Strong experience in quality assurance, test planning, testing, execution and reporting. • Good knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies (e.g. Agile), best practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Proficient in the use of QA tools (e.g. Azure, Jira, Postman) to execute test scripts, update tasks, raise and track defects. • Knowledge of automated testing tools. • Strong experience with defect tracking and resolution processes. • Ability to solve more complex task problems leveraging basic experience, analysis, specific guidance provided and judgement. • Ability to provide daily direction and supervision for more junior members of the team (if applicable). • Ability to plan priorities for the year and manage your own responsibilities and workload based on direction. • Ability to complete bigger tasks with direct contribution to large projects and/or lead small scale improvements.
