Job Description & Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Transformation Senior Manager/Director to drive process changes and continuous improvement initiatives for all the internal processes of the firm. This change will be applicable from both technology and process perspective. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing transformation programs.
Responsibilities:

Possess a firm-wide understanding of processes, people, and systems. Experience to work both independently and promote teamwork and collaboration. Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving & analytical skills. Project Management: Strong project management & execution skills. Ability to multitask and lead various process streams on different projects parallelly. Organized, efficient & proactive with the ability to deliver in a timely manner. Communication skills: Excellent influencing & communication skills (both verbal & written) Ability to manage and drive change.

Relationship Management: Strong people management skills & excellent interpersonal skills to deal with various internal & external stakeholders.
