Job Description & Summary:  

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Transformation Senior Manager/Director to drive process changes and continuous improvement initiatives for all the internal processes of the firm. This change will be applicable from both technology and process perspective. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing transformation programs.

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading/Driving key projects for the COO Office -
    • Defining, planning, tracking, and managing the end-to-end projects in the team.
    • Managing Cross function/cross-SBU discussions and ensuring that all team members/stakeholders understand their roles and actively participate in all project meetings and related activities.
    • Preparing for steering committee meetings, identification of key insights, challenges, risks, and potential mitigants.
    • Keeping stakeholders updated on the progress and challenges and driving decisions to move forward.
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project and operational success.
    • Support financial planning and budgeting for transformation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management - Manage multiple stakeholders including functional leaders, business leaders, and various core teams of projects.
  • Escalation & Risk Mitigation - Should be able to manage arbitration and resolution of conflicts within the project and ensure relevant action. Should have the ability to analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Should establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and be accountable for initiating corrective action.
  • Data analysis and MIS – Impactful analysis of financials, business models, and strategic frameworks. This would also include the preparation of dashboards for reporting purposes. Also work on communications in the form of emails, presentations, reports, etc. which would be sent from the COO’s desk to various stakeholders.
  • Strategic Support - Providing strategic support to COO on managing an end-to-end driving of certain short-term initiatives such as policy changes, the introduction of new policies, etc
  • GenAI tools & Digital Enablement –
    • Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks, generate insights, and accelerate decision-making using GenAI capabilities.
    • Guide teams in adopting GenAI tools responsibly and effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and data governance policies.
    • Stay updated on emerging GenAI trends and evaluate their applicability to transformation initiatives.

Ability to multitask and lead various process streams on different projects parallelly. Organized, efficient & proactive with the ability to deliver in a timely manner. Communication skills: Excellent influencing & communication skills (both verbal & written) Ability to manage and drive change.
