Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements and feedback to drive product development.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure a clear set of tasks for the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Evaluate product progress through data analysis and user feedback to inform iterations and improvements.
• Make decisions on trade-offs between scope, quality, and delivery timelines to maximize product value.
• Foster a user-centered approach, ensuring the product delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile or Scrum environment; preference for experience within PwC.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable user stories.
• Technical awareness to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with product management tools like Aha!, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
• Knowledge of the industry or domain related to the product.
• Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
