Job Description & Summary:  

The Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Developer will join a team that manages and enhances the ServiceNow platforms and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) products for the PwC network of firms.  The work focus is on the development and enhancement of the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module within the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and deploying ServiceNow platform IRM solutions that support risk, compliance, audit, and issue management processes. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow IRM applications to meet business requirements. 
  • Collaborate with product managers, platform and solution architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. 
  • Participate in code reviews and apply ServiceNow technical best practices. 
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions using ServiceNow scripting and configuration. 
  • Support integration efforts with other modules (e.g., EA, BCM, ITSM, ITOM, GRC). 
  • Maintain and enhance existing IRM workflows, forms, and reports. 
  • Ensure compliance with PwC’s platform governance standards, including TRB and TDR processes. 
  • Conduct unit testing and support QA testing cycles. 
  • Document technical designs and maintain development artifacts. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) 
  • An understanding of ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules and platform capabilities.   
  • ITIL Foundations v3 or higher 

Preferred skill sets: 

  •  Experience in progressive roles in application development
