Role Summary: 

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate to join our Risk Consulting practice. This is a client-facing role, and the selected candidate will be required to work on-site from the client’s office. The role involves independently managing client engagements, delivering high-quality solutions, and leading project teams while reporting to a Senior Manager or Director. 

 

Responsibilities

Job Position Title: 

Associate/ Sr Associate _ Finance _Managed Services Hyderabad 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assist in preparation of financial statements 

  • Perform Ledger vs Subledger reconciliations 

  • Maintain organized records of all accounting transactions. 

  • Reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies. 

  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues. 

  • Review and process employee expense reports if applicable 

  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure process efficiency and accuracy. 

  • If you are selected for the role, it will be considered as a transfer from your current team without any change in the terms and conditions of your employment. 

  • You must inform your current project / people manager and partner before applying for the position. Fitment for the role will be evaluated based on the interview process. 

  •  

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

  • Proven experience in a Finance/Audit role 

  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 

  • Ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues. 

 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

  • Chartered Accountant 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements 

  • Experience with process improvement and system maintenance. 

 

 

Years of experience required: 

 

  • 4-7+ years of experience in Stat Audit/Finance 

Education qualification: 

 

Only CA
