About the Role

Put simply, CampaignTrack is our end-to-end marketing platform allowing Real Estate agents to create, manage and track multi-channel property campaigns - helping to streamline the ordering and management of their print, digital and social media advertising.

As an Implementations Specialist and under the wing of an experienced Solutions Leader, you will maintain pre and post-sale relationships, provide in-person and virtual product training to our Commercial Real Estate Agency customers to ensure the products are well integrated, and help to ensure that product roadmap features are aligned to customer needs and desires.

In a typical day you can expect to: 

  • Bring our products to life through engaging demos, training sessions and webinars that help clients confidently integrate Domain into their business.

  • Own the client journey end-to-end - from onboarding and branch rollouts to rebrands, upgrades and ongoing optimisation.

  • Deliver smooth implementations by partnering closely with clients on setup, pricing, recommendations and best-practice platform use.

  • Plan and lead product update rollouts, ensuring clients understand new features and get value from every enhancement.

  • Be a trusted problem-solver, answering product questions, resolving helpdesk tickets within SLAs, and collaborating with internal teams on complex issues.

  • Support customer retention and renewals by working with Solutions Leaders and Sales teams to service clients effectively at scale.

  • Analyse data and campaign performance to identify risks, trends and commercial opportunities for clients and the business.

  • Champion the voice of the customer by sharing insights and feedback with Sales, Marketing and Product to drive continuous improvement.

  • Manage rebrands and template changes end-to-end, coordinating testing, specifications and timelines with clients and internal teams.

  • Maintain operational excellence across billing, reporting and product management - from invoicing and reconciliations to campaign and spend reporting.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to organise, prioritise, meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrate business and commercial acumen and financial awareness

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to provide solutions that are aligned with the clients' needs

  • Tech-savvy with accurate administrative skills

  • Real Estate, tech or Saas industry experience.
