The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a(n) Implementation Specialist for the Grouper Applications and Medical Necessity (GAMN) business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Coordinating and supporting client implementation activities across the Grouper Applications and Medical Necessity (GAMN) product suite.
  • Ensuring that the implementation processes are standardized, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, development, and technical support to deliver high-quality solutions to maintain strong client relationships.

Execution

  • Lead client implementation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Define and maintain implementation processes and standards, incorporating best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align implementation strategies with client expectations and business goals.
  • Lead implementation kick-off calls to establish project scope, timelines, and stakeholder roles.
  • Configure Access systems with advanced technical expertise to meet client-specific requirements.

Strategy

  • Establish and monitor client support metrics to evaluate service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze daily implementation backlog, both scheduled and unscheduled, to assess project volume and revenue impact.

Client Care and Advocacy

  • Advocate for the customer, log issues, and escalate as needed following standard procedures promptly. Collaborate with Customer Care, Development, Marketing and Sales teams to address concerns identified by Solventum HIS clients.
  • Measured by the overall annual client satisfaction survey results for the assigned client base.  Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying improvement plans to increase client satisfaction.
  • Manage support ticketing systems with expert-level proficiency, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of client issues.
  • Provide structured client feedback to development teams to inform product enhancements and roadmap planning.

Stay Relevant

  • Stay up to date with knowledge of industry changes and product changes.  Participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards, comply with corporate policies and procedures, and act in a manner consistent with Solventum HIS values and ethical standards.
  • Maintain expert-level understanding of the product release cycle and its impact on implementation planning.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Computer Science, Business or a related field from an accredited university with 8 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 12 years of experience in Health Information, client services/client care work experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Familiarity with health care claims processing software and/or clinical classification methodologies is required.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 
  • Knowledgeable in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, systems, implementation, and Medicare, Medicaid and Value Based Care methodologies.
  • Attention to detail, proven analytical and problem-solving skills with outstanding follow through
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to translate technical details into business language for clients.
  • Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams and the ability to work both independently and in partnership with team members in various parts of the organization.
  • Solventum HIS product knowledge, especially Core Grouping Software (CGS) and Grouper Plus Content Services (GPCS) is desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must have strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, training skills, and be creative and innovative. Ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacy.
  • The successful candidate will exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration both within the Product Owner and Client Solutions team as well as across departments/divisions, interpersonal skills, professionalism, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
