Marsh has an exciting opportunity, for the role Implementation Services Specialist. This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
An Implementation Services specialist bridges the technical gap between the client’s needs and the company’s solutions. They are responsible for the smooth transition of clients' data and processes onto the company’s platform/s. An Implementation Services Specialist is an established, independent individual contributor, whose work has a direct impact on the team's outcomes.

We will rely on you to:
- Effectively communicate with team members, internal and external customers relating project status, delivery dates and project risks in a professional manner.
- Delegate tasks and make team members accountable for their work assignments.
- Provide Coordination support to key project manager by managing day to day activities for team members.
- Identify and resolve issues and problems that will affect accuracy of the technical specification.
- Manage modifications based on specific client needs.
- Ensure technical specifications include testing, documentation and instructions
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business administration, engineering, economics, etc.
- 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
- Spanish and English at least at advanced level
