Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our Warehousing & Logistics team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the operational startup of complex contract logistics solutions, translating customer agreements into live, fully operational facilities.

The Implementation Project Manager works closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring successful project launches.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects from initiation through to delivery, developing detailed plans, managing timelines, and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Design, Operations, IT, and external clients, to define scope, refine proposals, and coordinate resource allocation for project rollouts.

  • Ensure project success by proactively identifying and mitigating risks, executing rigorous change control processes, and maintaining project budgets within financial objectives.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.

  • Strong knowledge of contract logistics operations and solutions.

  • Proven ability in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and serving as the primary point of contact for external customers and executive stakeholders.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field (Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is beneficial).
