The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: 

As an Implementation Manager in Korea, you will play a critical role in onboarding and scaling new customers during their first 90 days on Moloco’s platform. You’ll partner closely with New Business Sales and Growth to ensure a smooth handover from sales, accurate setup, and strong early performance that sets new accounts for long‑term success. You will build trusted relationships with clients by translating their goals into effective campaign setups, troubleshooting issues quickly, and telling clear performance stories with data.

The Opportunity: 

Client Onboarding & Launch

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients - from kickoff through first campaign launch and initial performance milestones.
  • Configure and validate campaign setups, tracking integrations, and MMP connections with precision and attention to detail.
  • Set clear expectations with clients on timelines, KPIs, and success criteria from day one.

Implementation, Performance & Handover

  • Configure and QA campaigns, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate setup and reliable measurement from the start.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify issues, optimization opportunities, and early signals of product‑fit; share clear, actionable recommendations with clients and internal partners.
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities within existing setups (e.g., budget increases, creative tests, new geo or placement trials) and surface them to senior team members or Sales/Growth partners.
  • Support the transition from implementation to the Growth team by preparing concise documentation and performance debriefs that set long‑term owners up for success.

Cross-Functional Handoffs

  • Coordinate clean handoffs from New Business at deal close and to Growth at the end of the implementation window.
  • Collaborate with Growth to ensure continuity of client context, strategy, and open issues through the transition.
  • Surface patterns from onboarding challenges back to Product and DS to improve launch playbooks and platform capabilities.

Process & Playbook Development

  • Document and iterate on onboarding processes, technical checklists, and best practices for Korea.
  • Contribute to team-wide implementation frameworks that improve launch speed and quality across markets.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? 

  • 5+ years in a technical account management, solutions engineering, or implementation role -  ideally in ad tech, mobile, or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with MMP integrations (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer), campaign setup, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, and mobile measurement.
  • Strong technical aptitude: comfortable with data tools, APIs, tracking setups, and debugging campaign issues.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills - able to manage multiple client launches simultaneously.
  • Clear communicator: translates technical complexity into simple language for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive and ownership-driven; doesn't wait to be asked -  anticipates problems and moves fast to resolve them.
  • Collaborative partner to Sales, Growth, Product, and DS.
  • Native/fluent Korean, Business-level English
