Implementation Manager FI
As Project Leader for non-standard or more complex implementations, (Loro AO, Clearing representation, WEBFI, etc..) you ensure fast and correct implementations for Local and International Financial Institutions (FI) clients in the field of Payments ensuring customer satisfaction. You work in an autonomous, self-managing team that reports within a Circle.
- You analyse the incoming requests from FI Sales. Verify the requirements of the implementation to be carried out. Translate these into ITS requirements where necessary and develop a detailed implementation plan.
- You assist the FI Sales in their contact with the FI-client and make sure that the deliverables are implementable, implemented correctly and on time. This may involve some client visits within the Benelux.
- As SPOC during the Implementation phase, you monitor the project progress, chase internal parties where needed and regularly update the client and all stakeholders on the status and ongoing implementations through reports and/or meetings. You implement adjustments and find solutions where necessary.
- You work closely with the FI Client Services team, FI Sales, FI Product Management, IME experts, FCO team, Hubs in Manila, IRM team and many others who will help you provide the best service to the FI client.
- You set-up FI-clients in several Clearing SEPA Indirect Participation in UAT & Production, you follow test procedures before implementing the solution to verify that all necessary aspects have been included, all required developments have been performed correctly, and all procedures have been followed.
- You share all relevant technical information, knowledge, and best practices regarding FI products and implementations, and their associated procedures, with team members and CLT members. You participate in workshops/courses and projects related to FI to maintain your relevant knowledge of products and technologies.
- You review and update Workplace Instructions (WPI’s) and procedures related to FI-transactions.

- A customer centric, solution-oriented and organized way of working.
- 1-3 years of (payments) experience.
- An education at Bachelor or Master level.
- You have a positive attitude and are a real team player but can also work independently
- A proactive attitude and actively search for work/solutions/opportunities.
- You are accurate and have an eye for detail.
- A working knowledge of EN/FR/NL is required. (English is leading in communication with clients – Emails, phone and meetings)
- Knowledge of general (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT) and specific software (Easyweb, IRM, etc.. ) applications.
Wage (gross)
2669 EUR/month
*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
