Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and motivated Implementation Lead – Warehousing & Logistics to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, deploying, and governing the technology capabilities—including Warehouse Management Systems and automation integration—that enable high-performing logistics operations across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.

You will join a high-impact regional team dedicated to ensuring our warehousing network operates on a secure, standardized, and scalable technology platform to drive customer success.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Regional Technology Deployments: Direct all Information Technology (IT) deployments for new site start-ups and major transformations, overseeing the configuration and testing of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

  • Collaborate on Solution Design: Partner with Solutions Design, Engineering, and Commercial teams to translate complex customer requirements into clear technology architectures and implementation plans during the business development process.

  • Ensure Operational Excellence and Compliance: Build and lead a regional IT operations team to maintain system uptime while ensuring all solutions adhere to global architectural standards and regional data-sovereignty regulations.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, Third-Party Logistics (3PL), or large-scale supply chain technology leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of core logistics platforms and automation technologies, including hands-on expertise with systems such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

  • Proven ability in regional program governance, with a track record of managing complex multi-site implementations and navigating high-growth emerging markets

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
