About the role:

As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will work directly with clients to guide them through the transition to FIS systems. What you will be doing:

  • Analyze client products, services, and operational requirements through structured information-gathering sessions to ensure proper configuration for FIS platforms.
  • Perform data analysis and product mapping; identify any customization needs and collaborate with programming teams.
  • Create detailed data maps and transaction workflows to define how all fields convert to FIS systems; refine through validation.
  • Test customized software and review conversion results with clients, ensuring accuracy and securing formal acceptance.
  • Document post‑conversion processes, forms, and reports; recommend new procedures as needed.
  • Validate data accuracy through reports, balancing, and test scripts; ensure conversion readiness by directing client testing and review activities.
  • Customize FIS software using authoring tools (e.g., modifying screens, fields, forms, products, and tables).
  • Provide ongoing expertise throughout the project, answer client questions, and guide system usage.
  • Deliver training, including train‑the‑trainer sessions, and support clients onsite during conversion and post‑conversion activities including reconciliation, error resolution, and client sign-off.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

What you bring:

  • Ability to translate client requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and comfort managing complex projects independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in client‑facing or technical analysis roles.
  • Required work hours: Monday–Friday, 8–5 (or specify alternative).
  • Overtime required: Occasional, based on project milestones.
  • Weekends required: Rare, only during critical conversion windows.
  • Travel percentage: Typically low; varies by project needs.

Added Bonus if you have

  • Technical mapping or data conversion experience
  • Client relationship management expertise
