About the role:

Join the FIS Automated Finance team as an Implementation Conversion Analyst-I, supporting the implementation of our BillerIQ solution. Our vision is to enable customers to seamlessly integrate a robust suite of financial solutions into their Office of the CFO, helping them meet business goals, satisfy customer needs, and differentiate from competitors.

As a key resource in our client success organization, you will shape the implementation experience and collaborate closely with engagement, operations, and support teams to deliver exceptional services and outcomes.

The Automated Finance team is a dynamic, collaborative group focused on transforming financial operations for global clients. We combine deep domain expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver solutions that streamline billing, payments, and receivables. What you will be doing:

  • Support distributor implementation teams in setting up and configuring new BillerIQ payment sites.
  • Gather requirements and solution design for new payment sites in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and consultant for distributor implementation teams.
  • Provide guidance on payment site configuration to meet biller business requirements.
  • Coordinate with team members to complete project deliverables and attend client meetings for planning and issue resolution.
  • Deliver complete distributor integration solutions in partnership with Project Managers.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform site testing and certification activities to ensure smooth go-live.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues quickly and effectively.
  • Complete billing profiles for new billers and support post-live activities.


What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of implementation and/or conversion experience with small project complexity.
  • General knowledge of credit card and ACH processing requirements and systems preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to bridge technology and business teams.
  • Technical and analytical aptitude with the ability to learn system functionality quickly.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven initiative and experience driving process improvements.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with EIPP/EBPP solutions.
  • Consulting and/or Project Management experience.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JSON) and API services (e.g., WebAPI 2).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL for troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to Power BI for reporting and analytics.
