We are currently looking for an Implementation-Conversion Analyst to support our team in our Belgium office in Diegem.
About the role:
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our solutions as we change the way the world banks. You will examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate data mapping and system conversions. After assessing all client needs, you will create a roadmap that will guide clients through the process while you teach them our products and coach them through setup and integration.

About the Card Software solutions
FIS's ChargeBack software package (CBK) is considered as a “niche software product” marketed worldwide, with customers in 15+ countries. It is essentially a Card Management system that ensures the good function of information and liability of Cards (bank, credit cards and others).
The CBK team is scattered around the globe with teams in Asia, Europe and Americas. We are a young and dynamic team with the drive to maximize its exiting entrepreneurial eco-system.
