We are currently looking for an Implementation-Conversion Analyst to support our team in our Belgium office in Diegem.

About the role:
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our solutions as we change the way the world banks. You will examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate data mapping and system conversions. After assessing all client needs, you will create a roadmap that will guide clients through the process while you teach them our products and coach them through setup and integration.

About the Card Software solutions
FIS's ChargeBack software package (CBK) is considered as a “niche software product” marketed worldwide, with customers in 15+ countries. It is essentially a Card Management system that ensures the good function of information and liability of Cards (bank, credit cards and others).
The CBK team is scattered around the globe with teams in Asia, Europe and Americas. We are a young and dynamic team with the drive to maximize its exiting entrepreneurial eco-system.

What you will be doing:

• Essence: As a member of CBK Chargeback Package implementation team, you are responsible for the consulting services and support of the CBK software package.
• Discover your talents: Depending on your profile and experience, you will go through various roles within the team to discover all aspects of the solution we provide to our customers and master its flexibility and configurability.
• Business analysis: you’ll collaborate with the customer to understand the customers’ business requirements.
• Problem analysis: log analysis, customer request management, verifying the problems, reporting to development and work around definition.
• Manage Projects: discuss scope and delivery schedules both with the customer as with the internal delivery teams
• Give Support by providing training to the customers
• Test our product, internal and at customer site (possibility to travel)
• Provide Documentation

What you will need:

• You possess a Bachelor/Master of Commercial Sciences or of Information Technology or equivalent by experience.
• 2-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• You have strong analytical qualities, well organized and excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations.
• You are Interested in business analysis (data flows, financial rules, electronic transactions MasterCard/Visa/etc.)
• You are not afraid to deal with IT technologies (PC, databases, SQL scripts, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
• You are target oriented and team player
• You are Willing to travel (Europe and overseas)

Added bonus if you have:

Languages – Italian or Spanish is a plus
