As our Implementation Consultant, Revenue Cycle Management, you will help new and existing healthcare clients implement and optimize their revenue cycle solutions. Every day you will serve as a senior revenue cycle management consultant collaborating with healthcare organizations to identify opportunities and address issues.
To thrive in this role, you must have subject matter expertise in end-to-end revenue cycle solutions, a consultative mindset with a passion for improving healthcare operations, and executive presence including the ability to convey confidence and communicate effectively at all levels.
Here’s what you will experience working as an Implementation Service Consultant
Lead successful new business implementations; provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes
Support optimization efforts for existing clients to maximize performance
Manage project tasks, timelines, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Travel to client sites for onboarding meetings and delivering workflow training
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle management solutions and workflows as demonstrated through prior experience in RCM management, consulting, or implementation
Technical knowledge of Oracle Health Millenium and/or Oracle Health Patient Accounting Platform
Ability to leverage Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
Willingness to travel domestically, up to 25%
