Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, your primary responsibility will be to advise, guide, and configure AI-powered legal solutions using CoCounsel Legal. You will work closely with corporate legal departments to understand their unique challenges, workflows, and strategic goals, and deliver tailored implementations that maximize the value of AI in legal operations. This client-facing role requires strong communication skills, legal tech fluency, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
You will be instrumental in onboarding and training clients, ensuring they are equipped to leverage CoCounsel’s AI capabilities for tasks such as legal research, contract analysis, compliance, and litigation support. Your work will directly impact how legal teams adopt and scale AI to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and drive innovation.
About the Role
Client Discovery & Solution Design
Collaborate with legal operations teams to identify pain points and opportunities for AI integration.
Translate client goals into actionable implementation plans using CoCounsel’s capabilities, including supporting playbook definition and configuration, and providing advice on prompting best practices.
Design user journeys and workflows aligned with legal best practices and AI-enhanced processes.
Project Management & Delivery
Produce accurate project costing and Statements of Work (SoWs).
Conduct regular progress meetings and manage client expectations.
Client Enablement & Training
Deliver tailored onboarding and training sessions focused on AI use cases.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption.
Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a CoCounsel subject matter expert within the UK/Europe Professional Services delivery team.
Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Sales to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Participate in product demonstrations and feedback loops to inform product development.
About You
You’ll bring a mix of legal industry insight, technical aptitude, and client-facing experience. Specifically, you have:
3–5 years of enterprise software implementation experience, preferably in legal tech or AI solutions; or
3–5 years of corporate legal department experience, as a corporate lawyer (in house or firm), corporate paralegal/legal assistant or in a corporate legal operations role.
Strong understanding of corporate legal department operations, including common challenges in compliance, contract lifecycle management, and legal research.
Experience with AI-powered tools such as CoCounsel, Westlaw, Practical Law, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to legal professionals and to confidently discuss legal use-cases, challenges and work processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality consulting services.
Familiarity with SaaS troubleshooting, browser settings, and web application performance.
A passion for legal innovation and emerging technologies.
