ROLE SUMMARY
The Immunoglobulin (Ig) business plays a critical role in improving the lives of patients with primary and secondary immunodeficiencies, neurological disorders, and other rare diseases. With a focus on specialty care and infusion pharmacy, the Ig portfolio delivers life-saving therapies that require strategic oversight and innovation.
The Field Force (FF) Coordinator will be a key member of the Ig organization responsible for providing operational support to optimize FF execution.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Excellence:
- Organize operations and logistics for all Ig business priorities including POA meetings, training, compliance and BT
- Support development and execution of agendas for key meetings (POA, Fast Start, National Meeting, All Colleague Meetings, etc.)
- Responsible for new hire onboarding/offboarding, liaison for credentialing, integration, and support of over 80+ IG sales force colleagues
- Partner with Regional Managers and Sales Directors to address operational and support needs
- Lead regional coordination and alignment of all specific business operational requirements in assigned areas/regions of responsibility
- Perform Quality Assurance activities on new releases to ensure business needs are met. Example applications include: Pfizer Align (PA), Ariba, T&E, Workday
- Share lessons learned, methodologies, insights around FF enablement
- Monitor needs of the field force to include territory assignments and requests originating from field or headquarters personnel
- Manage budget and finances for core projects
- Develop spreadsheets, PowerPoint as needed
- Partner with Regional Representative on planning and organizing conferences and congresses
Communications:
- Communication lead to the field to ensure aligned and effective execution
- Supports Ig communications and needs to ensure FF views are considered and included
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in US pharmaceutical sales and/or portfolio strategic and/or commercial excellence roles with demonstrated success working collaboratively across different parts of the organization
- Strong project and time management and organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (PPT, Excel and Word)
- Strong communication skills
- Detailed orientated
- Advanced Operations Management: to help create a day-to-day operating environment that is effective, predictable and easy for BU colleagues and others to navigate

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $96,300.00 to $160,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
