This new secondment role (9-12 months) has accountability for supporting the delivery of IMEX Ecosystem Care for the Process & Solutions Governance council (aka the “CoE” (Center of Excellence)) and the creation of the Standard Work structure for the “CoE.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
IMEx Ecosystem Care
Central point of contact / project lead for outlining and implementing IMEx Ecosystem Care for the CoE, providing a timeline / workplan for implementing IMEx Ecosystem Care by end of 2026:
Change Management: Collaborate with Change Mgt Lead to determine Change Mgt SW for Ecosystem Care, including but not limited to communication triggers & mechanisms, user adoption, stakeholder mgt, etc.
Total System Care: Partner with the Director, Performance Intelligence, to outline the structure for Planning and Scheduling “Total System Care”.
Total System Care: Determine timeline for the implementation of “Total System Care” (TSC) for planning and scheduling workstreams with identification / engagement of key stakeholders for each element of TSC.
Planning SW: Collaborate wth the Planning Business Owner to confirm Planning Ecosystem SW, including but not limited to adherence metrics, CI / backlog tracking & reporting, system health, integration health,etc.
Scheduling SW: Collaborate wth the Scheduling Business Owner to confirm Scheduling Ecosystem SW, including but not limited to adherence metrics, CI / backlog tracking & reporting, system health, integration health, etc.
Visual Management: Determine an Ecosystem Health dashboard for visualizing ecosystem health and highlights of exceptions / sources of loss & opportunity.
CoE Standard Work
Work with nGPS Program Lead / CoE Lead to outline and determine CoE Standard Work, including but not limited to:
Standard Work definition
Meeting definition
Meeting cadence
Standard Work templates, including meeting agendas, etc.
CoE reporting templates
Any additional associated Standard Work collateral & processes
Visual management tools / dashboards
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
BA/BS with 6+ years of experience, preferable in the fields of Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or alike.
Relevant experience supply Chain experience is required, ideally partial Pharma sector but not essential.
Understanding of IMEx processes and construct.
Demonstrated program/project management experience & success.
Proven ability to work in a complex international matrix organization and within a multi-cultural environment.
Highly developed ability to interact and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Influencing, for example by asserting ideas and persuading others to gain support across an organization or to adopt new behaviors.
Highly developed skills in Customer and Stakeholder relationship/ interface management.
Strong business acumen.
Strong verbal and written English, and ability to present/ communicate clearly to all levels.
Proven experience driving network-level change across multiple functions (supply chain, sites, digital).
Able to balance delivery of strategic objectives with operational execution.
Track record of identifying and mitigating risks to timeline and budget.
Nice-to-Have
MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience; OR PhD or JD with 1+ years of experience.
Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulatory processes, artwork management and product lifecycle changes.
Continuous improvement/ operational excellence projects and deep project management skills.
Understanding of current planning operating model at Pfizer across archetypes (e.g., ES, API, etc.).

Provide the primary groups or key role(s) that this role will interact with as a regular part of the role responsibilities. Include any external interactions as appropriate.

Supervision
As project lead, will influence and manage team of resources in a matrix fashion.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Some travel will be required based on business needs.
Off hours calls/meetings.

Secondment 9-12 months
