Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Coordinator - Digital Solutions to join our Imaging Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end scanning and digitization projects across multiple customer sites and Iron Mountain facilities to ensure seamless, on-time delivery. You will join a dynamic team of digital transformation experts dedicated to helping our customers bridge the gap between physical and digital information through advanced technology and automation.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end digitization operations: Lead project lifecycles including Proof of Concepts, User Acceptance Tests, and Work Completion Certifications to ensure all deliverables meet the defined scope of work.

  • Collaborate with internal and vendor teams: Supervise a diverse workforce of over 50 personnel across multiple sites, fostering a high-productivity environment to achieve daily and monthly targets.

  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance: Maintain rigorous quality standards and manage client escalations effectively to ensure smooth, uninterrupted service delivery at every site.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing multiple operational sites within the digitization or document management trade.

  • Strong knowledge of production imaging technology, including Document Management Systems, workflow automation, and various production scanners such as Automatic Document Feeder and Overhead models.

  • Proven ability in reporting and stakeholder management, specifically utilizing Google Sheets and Management Information Systems (MIS) to track productivity and provide actionable insights.

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations is preferred.
