Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Operations Quality Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance functions, ensuring compliance with contractual service-level agreements (SLAs), and leading root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement across our document imaging workflows.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage all quality control functions related to imaging operations, including document preparation, scanning, and indexing, to ensure high-accuracy deliverables for our clients.
Collaborate with operations leadership and IT stakeholders to monitor workflow performance, identify technical bottlenecks, and implement data-driven process enhancements.
Ensure strict compliance with organizational standards, privacy regulations, and security protocols to maintain the integrity of the chain-of-custody for all customer assets.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in imaging operations or a high-volume production environment, with at least 2 years in a quality management leadership role.
Strong knowledge of imaging software platforms, ANSI/ASQC inspection methods, and formal quality assurance frameworks.
Proven ability in problem-solving and stakeholder management, specifically in performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
