Job Title: Imaging LD Prep and Scan Operator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Mail Service
Reports to: Imaging Manager

Proctor Loan Protector does not sponsor any type of work visa’s or STEM programs.

Summary:

The Imaging LD Prep and Scan Operator is responsible for the prep and imaging of claim files. Must be able to identify original checks, and operate Opex scanners and AnyDoc software.

Essential Duties and Functions:

  • Maintain the prepping and scanning of the loss draft files.
  • Operate Opex Software.
  • Identifying and sorting clients.
  • Recognize loss draft documents and live checks.
  • Imaging loss draft and refund checks.
  • Renaming checks.
  • Must be able to pertain all AnyDoc functions including roping and tabbing.
  • Perform other duties when supervisor requests.

Required

  • Experience with document preparation would be helpful.
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors.
  • Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards.
  • Minimum education required.

Preferred

  • High School Diploma

Physical Requirements:

Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for Opex equipment 8 for hours per day. Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor. Ability to sit/stand at a desk 7-8 hours per day. Sedentary position Repetitive motion Ability to bend/ lift/transport/retrieve items between areas in the building weighing up to approximately 25-35 pounds independently. Worker not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

Pay Ranges:

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including skills, experience, work location and more.  We offer competitive pay while still allowing for compensation growth within the position and company.
