The Opportunity:

This role offers the opportunity to support a critical Defence maintenance baseline uplift program by ensuring the integrity of Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) data across complex naval platforms.

Working closely with the Project Lead, you will validate and realign LSAR outputs, maintenance concepts, configuration data, and support systems to ensure an accurate and sustainable Product Baseline for LHD and AOR platforms.

You will apply your LSA/ILS expertise to identify data misalignments, support remediation activities, and contribute to improving the accuracy and reliability of key sustainment information within Defence governance frameworks.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity and is based in Garden Island, Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse LSAR data to identify misalignments, gaps, and inconsistencies against the approved PBS baseline, maintenance concepts, and system intent.
  • Provide LSAR input to support remediation of maintenance data across MCCAT, ERP, APLCRATES/NAVALLOW, and related supportability artefacts, ensuring traceability and consistency.
  • Develop clear, evidence-based summaries of LSAR deviations and their impacts to support decision-making, technical risk management, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Support configuration and data integrity activities by validating LSAR-derived attributes and ensuring changes are accurately reflected across systems and documentation.
  • Collaborate with SQEPs, Configuration Officers, and Technical Publication Authors to ensure LSAR outputs are correctly interpreted and embedded into updated TMPs, SAs, and ANPs prior to baseline release.

As the ideal candidate you will bring:
