Summary

The IHC Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing basic Manufacturing activities under general supervision.

Essential Functions

  • Adhering to GMP:
    • Ensure all containers and measuring devices are cleaned per protocol
    • Monitor equipment and instrumentation for compliance to corporate procedures
    • Document Control
  • Assembly of Finished Products:
    • Filling and labeling of stock solutions
    • Printing labels and data sheets for appropriate task
    • Generating records associated with Manufacturing process
  • Monitoring and stocking of laboratory supplies.
  • Ensure that all SOPs are followed and recommended Quality Improvement Measures.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management. 

Competencies

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with zero to two (0 – 2) years Manufacturing experience.
  • Basic understanding of GMP, FDA and ISO Regulations.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure the work schedule.
  • Basic Computer Skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Proven experience working in a cross-functional team.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Accuracy and attention to details.
  • Proficient in writing and communicating in English.        

Expected Hours of Work

  • This is a full-time onsite position. Days and hours of work are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday unless otherwise determined by departmental needs that may include earlier or later starting and ending hours. This position may require extended weekday or weekend hours depending on business needs.

Compensation Range

  • $20 - $24 hourly
