In brand management at PwC, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance and protect the company's brand image. You will manage brand campaigns, conduct market research, and confirm consistency across all channels.

Purpose of Job
Working in the Design Support Shared Services Centre, you will work with senior members of the team and assist on multiple projects and production of visual marketing collateral.
In this role, you will be part of a blended cross-functional team to support and assist with design requests as well as assisting with other team members to tackle various aspects of the design process.
This person needs to be eager and willing to learn from other designers. Be able to take direction from senior designers learning and growing from the other designers in the team
Role Description
- Working collaboratively across teams on ideation, asset creation and implementation.
- Working under senior designers and taking over jobs when required.
- The creation and design of brochures, invites, newsletters, proposals and digital designs amongst others.
- Good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Passionate about design and the latest design trends.
- Understand the basics of Desktop Publishing (DTP).
- Working knowledge of corporate identity and brand.
- Keep up to date on trends and new technologies.
- Working with team members to identify needs or problems and be able to come up with solutions for clients.
- Look for ways to develop new design within the guidelines, marketing and production opportunities.
- Good time management skills.
- Work proactively under supervision
- Be accountable for daily duties allocated, and to ensure everything expected is executed correctly.
- At all times adhere to rules, procedures, policies, instructions and agreements.
Key Competencies and Attributes
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- A proven record of the following applications: Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, After Effects, and Animate. An onsite practical test is required before employment is considered.
- Able to work both independently, and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills – able to express themselves clearly and communicate proactively before any issues arise.
- Able to take direction from senior members of the team and assist them where necessary.
- Ability to adhere to internal processes, including following brand guidelines.
- Strong working knowledge of both digital and print marketing materials.
- Photography and Videography Skills would be an advantage
- Good eye for detail.
- Apple Mac and PC literate.
