Identity Governance Audit Senior Advisor - Remote

Responsibilities

  • Lead audit interactions and provide clear, timely responses to external auditors.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for audit requirements.

  • Drive quality assurance across identity access reviews and provisioning controls.

  • Identify control gaps and implement effective remediation strategies.

  • Plan and execute identity access review testing to maintain compliance.

  • Present control evidence confidently to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate across IAM teams to analyze and articulate user access data.

  • Partner with application and tool implementation teams to optimize processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 11 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related fields.

  • Proficiency with IAM tools such as Saviynt, Active Directory, and RACF.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Experience with SOX, SOC1/SOC2, HITRUST, PCI audits.

  • Effective communication skills for technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

  • Experience with SQL queries and advanced Excel formulas.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and role-based access controls.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 121,800 - 203,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
