We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with strong expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA, and familiarity with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) is a plus. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-wide identity governance solutions to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access management.
Preferred Skills
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
- Familiarity with cloud IAM solutions (Azure AD, AWS IAM).
- Experience with API integrations and connectors.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Identity Governance frameworks, including policies, processes, and controls for user access.
- Manage Saviynt IGA platform for identity lifecycle management, access certification, and role-based access control.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to enforce governance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD).
- Develop and maintain workflows for access requests, approvals, and certifications.
- Support audits and compliance initiatives by providing accurate identity and access data.
- Monitor and optimize identity governance processes for efficiency and risk reduction.
- Stay current with IAM and IGA trends, technologies, and best practices.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with a focus on Identity Governance.
- Proven expertise in Saviynt IGA configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) is a plus.
- Knowledge of security standards (SOX, GDPR, NIST).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
Annual Rate: $94,70.00 - 157,80.00
