Key responsibilities and contributions

  • Support IAM BAU requests including user provisioning and role management

  • Assist with access reviews and privileged ID management

  • Help maintain IAM documentation and trackers

  • Coordinate with IAM Engineering and business units on requests

  • Support issue triaging and escalation processes

Learning and development areas

  • Identity and access management fundamentals

  • Enterprise security operations

  • Exposure to IAM tools (CyberArk, SailPoint)

  • Time management and prioritisation

  • Team collaboration and work ethics

Ideal qualification and attributes

  • Diploma or Degree student in IT or Information Security

  • Interest in cyber security or IAM practices

  • Detail‑oriented and responsible

  • Good teamwork and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
