Key responsibilities and contributions
Support IAM BAU requests including user provisioning and role management
Assist with access reviews and privileged ID management
Help maintain IAM documentation and trackers
Coordinate with IAM Engineering and business units on requests
Support issue triaging and escalation processes
Learning and development areas
Identity and access management fundamentals
Enterprise security operations
Exposure to IAM tools (CyberArk, SailPoint)
Time management and prioritisation
Team collaboration and work ethics
Ideal qualification and attributes
Diploma or Degree student in IT or Information Security
Interest in cyber security or IAM practices
Detail‑oriented and responsible
Good teamwork and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
