IDAM - CyberArk Analyst

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As an CyberArk Analyst at MKS, you will partner with Information Technology support for onboarding, offboarding and provisioning of access. In this role, you will report to the IDAM Manager.

The CyberArk Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. This role ensures secure, compliant, and highly available CyberArk infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing CyberArk components, supporting end users, automating operational tasks, and partnering with security, infrastructure, and audit teams.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Manage, maintain, and support CyberArk components and ensure CyberArk aligns with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit controls
  • Perform regular health checks, monitoring, and performance tuning of CyberArk services
  • Manage password rotation policies, safe configurations, platforms, and onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts
  • Provide day to day operational support, continuous improvement, incident response, and troubleshooting for CyberArk-related issues
  • Monitor logs, system events, and alerts to ensure timely incident detection and resolution
  • Partner with infrastructure teams for patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, network, and cloud environments

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot access-related issues and incidents.
  • The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt and learn new processes and procedures
  • Hands‑on experience with CyberArk components
     

Preferred Skills: (Optional)

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Professional Certifications: ITIL v3 or v4
  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience
  • Technical Skills: Experience with cloud environments and cloud IAM concepts
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
