Key Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentations, Electrical or related field.
2. Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the building automation (IBMS, FAS, CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL) HVAC, or related industry.
3. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of building management systems, automation, and control systems.
4. Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Business Development: Ability to identify new business opportunities across Greenfield and Brownfield projects and develop effective sales strategies.
7. Project Management: Experience in managing sales projects and consistently achieving sales targets.
8. Vendor Management: Experience in managing multiple OEMs and Subcons.
9. Cost management: Strong understanding of market trends and cost structures to position the most suitable products or Solutions.
10. Risk Management: Ability to understand customer needs, engage the right customers at the right time, and invest effort strategically.
