IAM/PAM Engineer (m/f)

As an IAM/PAM Engineer at PwC Slovensko, you will operate as a cybersecurity consultant with a strong technical foundation, helping both internal teams and clients navigate the complex landscape of identity and access management. Your mission is to design and deliver secure, scalable, and compliant IAM/PAM solutions that enable business agility while protecting critical assets. 

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that advises on digital trust, supports transformation initiatives, and ensures that access to systems and data is governed effectively. Whether you're implementing privileged access controls, optimizing identity lifecycle processes, or contributing to strategic security programs, your work will directly support PwC’s commitment to building trust in society and solving important problems.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as a cybersecurity consultant within the firm, advising internal stakeholders on best practices in identity and access management.  

• Design, deploy, and maintain IAM and PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, Azure AD). 

• Manage user identities, roles, and access privileges across enterprise systems. 

• Implement and enforce least privilege access policies and role-based access controls (RBAC). 

• Monitor and audit privileged account activities and access logs. 

• Integrate IAM/PAM systems with cloud and on-premise infrastructure. 

• Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with security policies. 

• Conduct regular access reviews and support internal/external audits. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM/PAM-related issues and incidents. 

• Stay current with emerging IAM/PAM technologies and best practices. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Fluent English spoken and written (B2)  

• Team player 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. 

• 3+ years of experience in IAM/PAM engineering or related cybersecurity roles. 

• Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD). 

• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). 

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST). 

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CyberArk Defender) are a plus.
