Knowledge and understanding of technology operations
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Prior successful work leading scrum teams in a matrixed environment
Experience with one or more Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other accredited Scrum Master Certification
Ability to coach and mentor teams with excellent communication skills with the ability to concisely express highly technical concepts to non-technical business partners
Experience working in a large-scale enterprise sized environment
Banking or Financial Services experience.
Job Expectations:
Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective) and ensure they are purpose‑driven and outcome‑focused.
Remove impediments and actively manage dependencies and risks that impact team delivery.
Coach teams to become self‑organizing, cross‑functional, and high‑performing.
Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure a healthy, prioritized, and well‑refined backlog.
Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven retrospectives and actionable follow‑ups.
