Join Euronext as an IAM Administrator

Join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in Porto and play a key role in maintaining the security and integrity of Euronext Securities’ systems and data. In this collaborative environment, you will work alongside dedicated professionals to ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold our commitment to information security. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new business processes, leveraging your expertise to streamline IAM operations and enhance overall efficiency within the organisation. This role offers a blend of technical challenges and strategic initiatives, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on Euronext Securities’ ongoing success.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Managing access rights to Euronext Securities systems and data, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Executing compliance controls and ensuring timely completion to uphold security standards.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement compliance controls for enhanced security.
  • Assisting end-users with IAM related enquiries and supporting user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
  • Maintaining and optimising Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems such as SailPoint and Okta.

Your profile:

  • Short or medium higher education, or equivalent experience, in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with fundamental IAM concepts such as joiner-mover-leaver (JML), single sign-on (SSO) and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Previous experience in security management or similar roles, such as system administration.
  • Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory, with knowledge of group policy objects (GPOs), access control lists (ACLs), organisational units (OUs) and related infrastructure.
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts, including servers, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and firewalls.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
  • Knowledge of IGA systems such as SailPoint and Okta.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT messaging and RMA platforms is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards.
  • Detail-oriented, with a structured and analytical approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
