The I-Trade Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of international trade transactions, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining data integrity within P&G global trade systems.
Job Responsibilities
Execute and monitor international trade orders, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Manage the end-to-end process for import and export activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, sales) and external partners (e.g., freight forwarders, customs brokers) to resolve operational issues and optimize trade flows.
Utilize and maintain P&G's global trade management systems (e.g., SAP GTS, other trade compliance software) for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in international trade operations.
Prepare and analyze trade-related reports, including shipment tracking, compliance metrics, and performance indicators.
Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry best practices.
Assist in audits and ensure accurate record-keeping for all trade activities.
Job Qualifications
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
1-3 years of experience in international trade operations, supply chain, or logistics.
Familiarity with global trade management systems (e.g., SAP GTS) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of international shipping documentation, customs regulations, and trade compliance principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
