As a Hydraulic Building Services Designer in our Buildings team, you’ll help design healthier, innovative, sustainable spaces, to imagine a better world and leave a legacy that improves the world we live in.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Designing smarter systems — evaluating, optimising and designing HVAC systems that balance health, comfort, compliance, energy efficiency and carbon neutrality.

  • Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of hydraulics systems including potable and hot water, stormwater, sanitary drainage, trade waste and gas system building systems, with experience in design, documentation, and project execution. Experience in fire water system including hydrants, hose-reels and sprinkler is beneficial.

  • Collaborating across disciplines — working closely with clients, architects, and engineers to deliver integrated, high-performing buildings.

  • Championing innovation — exploring new technology and sustainable solutions to solve challenges in bold, creative ways.

What You Bring:

You’re a team player with a passion for sustainable design, ready to lead and learn in equal measure. We’re especially interested in experience with:

  • More than 5+ years’ experience in hydraulic systems design

  • Healthcare design using the WA Health Facility Guidelines

  • Working to Australian codes and sustainability standards

  • Clear communication, leading hydraulic designs and strong project collaboration

  • Ability to achieve baseline clearance is desirable
