**Mr. C Refrigeration is looking for a skilled and motivated HVACR Technician to join our growing team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial rooftop heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as commercial refrigeration systems. You will ensure our customers' comfort and safety by accurately diagnosing issues and providing efficient solutions.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Diagnose & Repair:** Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVACR systems.
- **Preventative Care:** Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
- **Customer Service:** Deliver exceptional service by explaining repair needs and recommending energy-efficient solutions to customers.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document service calls, parts usage, and system data using field service software (e.g., BuildOps).
- **Certification:** Must have an EPA certification and Kentucky journeyman license.
- **Physical Ability:** Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces or on high rooftops.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HVACR installation, service, or repair.
**Salary:** $23.00 - $48.00+ per hour (commensurate with experience and license level).
