You will provide day‑to‑day leadership and operational management for a truck‑based HVAC service team, ensuring excellence in safety, customer experience, technician development, and financial performance. In this role, you will manage a Heavy Chiller Service Team, including mechanics and an a multi-million dollar annual revenue portfolio. You will partner closely with branch leadership and cross‑functional teams to meet commitments and grow the business.
