About the role

• The HVAC Technician  is responsible for performing skilled maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation and alteration of ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment and facilities.

What you will do

• Provide preventative maintenance and routine servicing of equipment
• Troubleshooting  various HVAC equipment and systems
• Responding to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.

What you bring

• Two years working experience in a technical function, preferably in the Hospitality Industry
• Working technical knowledge of various universally recognized electrical standards, codes and practices
• Knowledge of HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques
• The ability to operate a computer and assigned software ( including email)
• The ability to read, speak and write English
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and overnights

Schedule & Hours:

• The successful candidate may be required to work mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends and public holidays.
