What you will do:

  • Strong fundamental knowledge of HVAC system and equipment, perform technical calculation and analysis, such as heat load, energy consumption, sound level, airflow, ESP and so on.

  • Strong project management experience and skills with contractual knowledge

  • Leading a team of HVAC engineers to achieve year on year P&L growth

  • Liaise with Sale Team to coordinate HVAC equipment selection and ordering.

  • Re-Selection of equipment base on customer’s requirement.

  • Place order with Factory upon design approval.

  • Updating and follow-up customer change order, ensure comments from consultant and clients are follow-up proactively

  • Liaising with different stakeholders (Factory, Forwarder, Customer, Sub-Contractors) to ensure smooth deliver of equipment to site.

  • Project system analysis, solution study, technical specification, drafting, and problem solving

  • Project Documentation, ensuring receipt of relevant certification, correspondence, documents, drawings, and financial records.

  • Revenue & Billing Forecast

  • Monitor working practices, managing contractors and reporting lack of compliance to your line manager

  • Attend technical briefing, presentation and job site support

  • Improve Internal Process.

  • Conduct/monitor internal meeting with peers to ensure all project activities are align.

Data Center Project Planning:

  • Manage Data Center project execution for green and/or brown field projects 

  • Support the project lead and overview of all phases of the data center project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing.

  • Sourcing for suitable specialist and subject matter experts to be part of project delivery team.

  • Familiar with Data Center procedures from CX1 through CX5

  • Timely and accurately reporting of project progress and expenditure to management.

  • Familiar with Data center risk redundancy configurations and requirement

What we look for:

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant certifications

  • Good understanding of HVAC equipment, system and operation.

  • Good knowledge of SAP system application and operation.

  • Experience in 2D/3D modeling of HVAC equipment, Piping, Ducting & Chiller Plant layout.

  • Drafting experience such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks will be advantageous

  • Managing project P&L to ensure all project balance sheet.

  • Provide training, education and share relevant work experience to peers.

  • Ability to multitask at work on fast paced environment.

  • Effective communication skills in the workplace liaise with customer & factory
